These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 2B Policy Platform (the “Platform”), operated by 2B Policy BV (“2B Policy,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, data, reports, analysis, graphics, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights in the Content are owned by 2B Policy BV or its licensors.

You may use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

Your use of the Platform is limited to one registered individual user. You agree not to share your login credentials or grant access to the Platform or any of its Content to any other person or entity.

You may not use the Platform:

• To engage in unauthorized or unlawful activities;

• To transmit content that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;

• To interfere with the proper operation of the Platform;

• To scrape, copy, download, or index the Platform’s Content by automated means (except as permitted by written agreement);

• For marketing, sales, or promotional purposes directed at third parties.

All access to and use of the Platform is subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.

3. Membership and Subscriptions

Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. The specific features and scope of your access will depend on the subscription tier you or your organization has purchased.

Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. We may change the fees for the Platform at any time, upon reasonable notice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all subscriptions are personal to the named user and may not be shared, sublicensed, or transferred to any other individual or organization.

4. Confidentiality

You acknowledge and agree that the Content on the 2B Policy Platform is confidential and proprietary to 2B Policy. You agree not to disclose or share any such Content with non-subscribers or to use it for external commercial purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to, the use of Content in:

• Client work or consulting engagements;

• Marketing or promotional materials;

If you are uncertain about whether a particular use of the Content is permitted, you must contact us in advance for written permission.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure that all Content is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the Content is complete, correct, or current. The Platform and Content are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2B Policy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any Content.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in connection with the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
